Before the Patient´s Arrival to Germany

• Upon receving the Patient´s medical reports, x rays ...etc, we contact the specialist in the required medical field. Our Long experience in the field of medical Services for foreign patients and the most competent physicians.
• Fixing medcal appointments for the Patient. Our Connections with physicians and specialists in various medical fields, makes it possible in most cases to fix early appointments which is often very hard to achieve given the tight schedules of most physicians.
• We arrange accommodation (whether in Hotels or Apartments) for the Patient s escorts if required.

After the patient s arrival to Germany

• We receive the patient at the airport and tranfer him/her to the Hospital or Hotel.
• A qualified well trained and experienced translator accompanies the patient to the hospital and takes care of all Registration affairs.
• A translator Liaisons between the patient and the nurses and the doctors--explaining in the Detail the physician s opinion and recommendations to the patient and on the other hand delivering the patient s inquiries and demands to the physian and nursing staff.
• At the end, we accompany the patient back to the airport.
